All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Because files can be copied and retained, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after download access is granted.
Exceptions (case-by-case):
Duplicate purchase of the same item (we’ll refund the duplicate).
Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve within 7 business days.
Deposits/Retainers are non-refundable. They secure production time and upfront planning.
Milestone payments are due when each milestone is delivered; these are non-refundable once work is presented.
If you cancel mid-project, you’ll be billed for all work completed to date (including time reserved and third-party costs).
Missed or delayed client approvals, assets, or feedback may extend timelines; delays are not grounds for a refund.
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly.
You can cancel anytime via email or your billing portal; cancellations apply to future renewals—we don’t prorate or refund the current billing period after renewal.
If a plan includes usage-based third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, email credits), those are non-refundable once incurred.
Live/Booked sessions (including strategy calls) are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows and late cancellations are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
Payments made directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta/Google Ads, web hosting, email services, domain registrars, app stores) are subject to their refund policies. We cannot refund third-party charges.
Please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in account suspension and denial of future services.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
If you are in the EU/UK and purchase digital content, your right to withdraw (cooling-off) ends once you access or download the content, or when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights. This does not affect non-waivable statutory rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will reflect the latest version.
